Which Baking Convection Oven?

Want to know which Baking Convection Oven is the best?

Here are a few guidelines in choosing:

1) Choose something big enough for what your baking. This sounds obvious but too often people overlook this simple reason. If your planning to bake something like a 20 inch diameter cake then by all means buy something big but if your only planning to use your oven for baking a nice, small batch of cookies every once in a blue moon then you might consider buying a small one.

2) Choose True Convection ovens. Before buying an oven you should check if its real convection with a heating element near the fans for optimal and even cooking.

3) Pay attention to price. Try to look out for the best deals and reviews around when shopping for ovens.

4) Trusted Brands. Know brand names are often indications of quality specially if the brand name IS know for quality though this may not always be the case. Always be wary and listen to reviews or better yet ask your friends about something specific that they may have and feel comfortable recommending to you.

Convection Baking is Better!

Convection Baking is definitely better than traditional baking. Here is why:

  1. Convection Ovens are better at evenly cooking your food and will result in faster cooking time and better tasting cakes, bread, and other delicious stuff.
  2. Counter top Convection Ovens are better since they are light-weight
  3. The big guy Convection Ovens are EVEN BETTER than the counter top convection ovens since you can cook more food while having a more equal cooking with the use of top end fans and heating elements.
  4. Have you tried baking three rows of cookies or even cup cakes in your traditional oven? If so that is just plain asking for it. The heating element will typically burn the goods in the lowest level since it is closest to the heating element and the top-most row because of the hot air that forms. With baking convection oven this is not a problem since the fans evenly distribute the heat amongst the levels and your baked goodies.
