Convection Baking is Better!

Convection Baking is definitely better than traditional baking. Here is why:

  1. Convection Ovens are better at evenly cooking your food and will result in faster cooking time and better tasting cakes, bread, and other delicious stuff.
  2. Counter top Convection Ovens are better since they are light-weight
  3. The big guy Convection Ovens are EVEN BETTER than the counter top convection ovens since you can cook more food while having a more equal cooking with the use of top end fans and heating elements.
  4. Have you tried baking three rows of cookies or even cup cakes in your traditional oven? If so that is just plain asking for it. The heating element will typically burn the goods in the lowest level since it is closest to the heating element and the top-most row because of the hot air that forms. With baking convection oven this is not a problem since the fans evenly distribute the heat amongst the levels and your baked goodies.
